T3 Gives Grants to 8 Outing Clubs

Through the generosity of
L.L.Bean and the Horizon Foundation, Teens To Trails was able to provide funding support & needed outdoor gear to 8 high school Outing Club programs across Maine.

Congratulations to Brunswick High School Outing Club, Deering Outing Club, East Grand High School, Fort Kent Community High School Outing Club, Maine School for Science and Mathematics/Limestone Community School Outing Club, Monmouth Academy Outing Club, Thornton Outdoor Adventure Club and Yarmouth Outing Club!  Most of these Clubs are brand new & several were initiated by students.  We are so excited to be able to help out.
Announcing Sara's Scholarship
Your donation will provide a 3-week wilderness experience for one young lady!  You can help change a teen's life...
East Grand Teens Win Sailing Trip
Sailing the coast of Maine on autumn winds aboard a 48-foot traditional schooner - what a treat for members of the East Grand Outdoor Adventure Club!  Club members became Alamar's crew during a fall weekend in October under the watchful eye of Capt. Chuck Benton.  The Outing Club was treated to this experience after having won the Grand Prize Outing Club Raffle at our T3 Conference 08.
T3 wants to encourage & support Maine's high school
Outing Clubs.  We have introduced several new programs that will help teens get outdoors & connect to their natural world.  Want to know more?  We welcome your ideas & your involvement.  Please contact us.

Sincerely,
