Inaugural T3 Maine Adventure Race 2010

T3's first Maine Adventure Race ~ Bradbury Mountain State Park

On Saturday May 15th 2010, we had 22 teams & over 60 teen racers signed up to compete in our first-ever T3 Maine Adventure Race ~ each team donning crazy outfits & team names such as Mirth Wind & Desire, the Blue’s Clues, and Trailmix! The early morning sun was shining as teams sat to strategize with their maps, compasses & clues in hand. Race Director Cory Snow reviewed the rules, the clock was set, and racers were off! Participants had 3 hours to find as many checkpoints as possible, scoring points with each success. Each team returned to home base in time for a much-welcomed lunch provided by Hannaford Supermarkets. Points were tallied and great prizes awarded.
