Teens To Trails is trying something new ~ a fall overnight gathering of Maine Outing Clubs ~ eleven high schools have already been identified. The event is co-sponsored by Acadia National Park & the overnight will take place at the Park's Blackwoods Campground. Rendezvous '09 will provide newer Clubs the opportunity to get outside alongside more experienced leaders, building excitement for their individual programs while they build on their own experience & confidence levels in the out-of-doors. Outing Clubs will return to their schools energized to plan further outings for their students throughout the school year.
