Sailing the coast of Maine on autumn winds aboard a 48-foot traditional
schooner - what a treat for members of the Boothbay Region High School
Outing Club! Club members became Alamar's crew during one fall
weekend last October under the direction of Capt. Chuck Benton. The Outing
Club was treated to this experience after having won the T3 Conference '07 Grand Prize
Outing Club Raffle. Boothbay Region High School
Outing Club teens fixed their meals in the galley and performed all
essential sailing chores. What a great way to get outdoors. Congratulations to the East Grand Outing Club for winning this year's 2008 Outing Club Raffle.
