Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I don't have a bow tie OR Bean boots! Can I still come? What do I wear?
A: OF COURSE you can still come! The more the merrier! We named the event "Bow Ties & Bean Boots" because we thought it was catchy and we don't take ourselves too seriously (but we take the importance of getting teens outside super seriously!) - so let's have some fun! (If you do bring a bow tie and need help tying it, never fear! We will have a bow tie tying station!) Dress up if you want, or don't if you don't. We just want to see you having fun for a good cause!

Q: I haven't bought a ticket yet! Are you sold out?
A: You can still buy a ticket online UNTIL NOON FRIDAY. After 12pm you will have to buy your ticket at the door ($40).

Q: Cash, credit, debit or check?
A: ANY and ALL!

Q: What is the timeline for the evening?
A: 6-10pm! Check out the schedule here!

Q: I heard there was an auction. What are the items I can bid on?
A: There will be a live auction, silent auction (over 60 items!), and a grab board (nearly 50 items). Check out the live auction item list here & get ready to bid high and often!

Q: What is a "grab board?"
A: The Grab Board is where you'll find gift cards, merchandise, and no hassle opportunities to support T3. Simply grab what you like off the line and bring it to the T-Shirt table to check out at any time. Grab 'em early, before they're all gone!

Q: What does my ticket include?
A: Your Bow Ties & Bean Boots entry includes a drink ticket (beer from Rising Tide Brewing Company or wine) and entry to the raffle for a pair of L.L.Bean boots!

Q: What if I want to drink more delicious beer or wine?
A: If one drink ticket is not enough, you will be able to pay at the bar for another drink. Each additional drink is $5.

Q: Is there food?
A: There will be 2 food vendors on site selling dinner (Rolling Fatties) and dessert (The Marshmallow Cart). T3 will have trail snacks in limited supply.

Q: I saw there were games... What types?
A: You are welcome to dance to The Ghost of Paul Revere, bid on auction items, interact with the T3 Board, Staff and Volunteers, AND play a number of fun games including Cornhole (custom handmade sets!), ladder golf, and horseshoes.

Q: 58 Fore Street, The Portland Company... where is that?
A: If you need help finding the place, check out this mapWhile we encourage biking and walking, there is parking available.

Online ticketing has closed. Tickets will be sold at the door for $40.

(Tickets purchased online will be available for pickup at the event.)
